When I brought it to the waitress attention I got 'huh, that's weird' no apologies or a way to make it right. I received fried eggs, sausage, no toast and hashbrowns. At breakfast I ordered scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, and toast. The food took so long to get to us our waitress brought us the check before dinner arrived or seeing if we wanted dessert. There was very few people in the resaurant but yet we had to ask for water twice and it never got refilled. It might have been the best steak we have ever eaten Con: one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had. Restaurant: Pro: my wife and I bothe had the bone in rib eye for dinner. We were quite disgusted and didn't want to go to that part of the room. The dead bugs were all over the desk, hotel info book, ice bucket and glasses, and all the way to the tv. Con: when we woke up in the morning and opened the drapes we could see many dead bugs that had apparently come in through the air conditioning. The bathroom is huge and the shower was awesome. We were very impressed with how it was lit and especially the scenery from our window. Hotel: Pros: this hotel is very modern and nice. I am not sure how to review this hotel, casino, restaurant.
